Surgical Immediate Dentures

A surgical immediate denture is a prosthetic appliance that is fabricated in advance and is placed in the mouth at the time of your extractions. This allows for the adaptive process to begin immediately so there is no waiting time. At follow-up appointments the denturist will check and adjust your denture as required. Temporary lining material can be placed to maintain the fit as your mouth heals and changes. Once the healing is complete a permanent processed reline is required to finalize the fit.
